Organo offers an integrated alternative-living experience, where the residents can take part in natural farming and witness the food they eat. They also enjoy collective activities while maintaining their own private space.

Our core philosophy is ‘Samavriddhi’ or ‘Prosperity for all’.

We are responsible for all the stakeholders and environmental concerns equally. It helps us create community development models on triple-bottom-line success (Social, environmental and economic areas) and net-zero thinking. This also led us to create ‘Sapthapatha’, the seven strands of sustainable development.

The Story

Organo is the brainchild of the Navira Team. It was founded and named after – Nagesh, Vijaya and Raj – directors of the FHD group; one of India’s leading design firms. Organo started with a shared vision to provide an authentic living experience to people today, a life that not only is technologically progressive but one which revives cultures and brings people together. Passion for ‘change’ in the society today as well as in the ways of the industry, is the primordial force that pushed the team of Navira to start a group that can redefine the rules of the game.

Why counter urbanization?

Rapid urbanization has led us to live with polluted environments, genetically modified produce and other downsides of densely populated areas, leading to an excessively stressful life. We often find ourselves in this modern balancing act between living this way and finding ways to escape, relax and reconnect with nature.

What needs to be done.

To counter the effects of urbanization, we needed to explore reverse-migration, going back to the roots from where it all started. We needed to find new ways of living in balance with the ecosystem, with access to healthy natural food and fresh air to breathe which allows us to grow sustainably without affecting the environment.

Health is one of the primary concerns of the modern urban individual. Having recognized that the toxin levels in the crop produce, we build our communities with natural farming techniques. Making organic Agriculture as its center where we value the ecosystem first and inhabitants later.

Flora and Fauna are essential to create the sustainable cycle

Building an ecosystem required us to have all the pieces necessary to create a consistent replicable cycle. We had to expand our vision entirely towards learning and understanding what it takes to create sustainable environments and natural cycles of growth.

For many, the sight of a rural setting brings about feelings of uninterrupted harmony. We wanted to capture that, while still offering you the opportunity for a comfortable lifestyle with all possible amenities expected from a modern living community.

Naandi is the manifestation of our efforts towards creating a Rurban Eco-habitat on net-zero and triple bottom line principles. Situated 17km from Hyderabad, we offer sustainable living space, a conscious community and opportunities to work with nature and experience a combination of urban refinement and rural ethnicity.

The Experience

The 33 Acres of land located on the outskirts of the city of Hyderabad, has home units and other necessary structures built around an organic farm. Along with all the amenities expected of a modern villa community, 2/3rd of its space is used for collective farming – where residents join farmers to farm produce. 1/3rd of the space is designated for personal farming, where residents can farm independently in their own backyards.

The Space

Our intent is to promote a spirit of collective living where our members actively participate in events, socialize in designated places and a well designed exploratory path, share their time, knowledge and expertise for active social enhancement, and the cultural progress of the community. Naandians live together and work collectively for the sustenance of their home.
